Data Analyst (BI)

We are looking for a Data Analyst (BI) to add to our dynamic Exclusive team.

Job description      

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with the Head of Business Intelligence and management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Work Experience / Knowledge

• Excellent command of the English language, written and oral
• 3+ of experience as a Business analyst or Data analyst in financial industry
• Experience with databases
• Knowledge of SQL/Python
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent data analyst skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in applying analytical and modelling technique to provide insights into business issues
• Excellent numerical and organisational skills
• Analytical and mathematical mindset, with a can-do attitude
• Perfect organizational skills

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Mathematics, Economics, Computer science, Statistics or any other related field
• CySEC Advanced Diploma will be considered an advantage
