Hungary Branch Office Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Branch Office Manager to add to our dynamic Exclusive team in our offices in Hungary/Budapest.

Job description

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Direct all operational aspects
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Encouraging to team and staff – able to mentor and lead to accomplish branch goals
  • Eager to expand branch with new accounts, clients, and businesses
  • Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
  • Focused on customer service
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Train employees and evaluate their performances
  • Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met
  • Prepare reports on sales
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

Work Experience / Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in the financial industry
  • Experienced native speaker in the Hungarian language

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
  • Able to analyze financial records and transfer data
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Creative and results driven
  • Dynamic, innovative and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

Education

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Finance/Economics/Banking/Business Administration or related field will be considered an advantage
